The Power within US

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗨𝗦

It has been several weeks since the UPW with Tony Robbins and I’m still processing it all. Because there has been so much wisdom, so many tools to help me reflect and make changes, so many revelations!

The biggest takeaway –

𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲!

𝗧𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀. Either on the positive or the negative. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀. If we tell ourselves we can’t then we won’t. Then we will find all the reasons why not. But if we believe that whatever is possible then we will find a way. That often means that it will take a lot of work and determination. To push through our own limitations as much as the potential rejection through others.

𝗧𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Every small step is an action. Change often seems overwhelming. And so we stay in our comfort zone. Which clearly isn’t even comfortable. But it is something we know. And where we feel we still have some kind of control over. But if inside us we feel the need for change, when we are just not content with where we are anymore, then we MUST. Take action. Which often means that as a first step we have to stop telling ourselves that we can’t.

𝗧𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲. In ourselves. Often we have been conditioned our whole life to think a certain way and to follow certain standards. To challenge that and to then recondition our mind and with that our own perception is not easy. And takes time. Like our brain is a muscle and we need to exercise like crazy to give us the strength and confidence to focus and believe in what we are good at, what we are capable of and what feels like our truest self.

𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, because we get to choose. We have the power, because the answers are inside us. So we can take charge of our life. We can make it happen.

I loved the whole experience. I learnt so much. Change is what I want. But it takes a lot of willpower and determination! So I’m super grateful for events like the UPW to help me step up. To guide me and show me a way. But also to the community of like-minded people! How far we can go supporting and empowering each other!!
